We have collected the questions that most often arise when considering the purchase of a modular house - about price, deadlines, warranty, assembly and formalities. If you don't find the answer to your question here, write to us - we answer in person, without a hotline.
Depends on order status. You can pick up a house available immediately in just a few weeks. A custom-made house requires time for production, sea transport and customs clearance - the exact, approximate date is set individually and entered in the Order Card so that you know where you stand from the first day.
Yes, most of our clients buy houses remotely - you select the model and equipment via the configurator on the website, and after production is completed, we send you photos and a video of the finished house, before you pay the second tranche. If you prefer to see the house in person before making a decision, we will be happy to show you projects in your area.
No. With a custom-made house, you pay in three tranches: 20% deposit at the start, 30% after completion of production (after receiving photos and a video of the house), 50% before delivery or commencement of transport. For a house available immediately: 10% down payment and 90% before handover.
A deposit is not the same as an advance payment - it works in accordance with Art. 394 of the Civil Code. If we fail to fulfill the contract, we will refund it in double the amount. If you cancel without a justifiable reason, the deposit is non-refundable. This solution protects both parties, not just us.
No. The price entered into the contract is final. We take on the risk of currency fluctuations, transport costs, customs duties and port fees - we do not pass it on to you after signing the contract.
The foundation is prepared by the Buyer - in accordance with the guidelines from the technical specification. Upon request, we can recommend a proven local contractor. If on the day of installation it turns out that the foundation has slight level deviations, we use professional leveling pads - this does not affect the warranty.
Yes. The installation can be performed by our team, by you yourself or by a company of your choice. If you are installing yourself, all you need to do is take photo documentation of key stages (foundation, leveling, connections, installations) - this is a standard procedure that does not automatically void the warranty.
Until the house is delivered, the risk of accidental damage during transport is borne by the seller, not you. Additionally, before collection, you have the right to carefully inspect the house and report any visible damage to the Acceptance Report - it will be removed at our expense.
OTRI 10 program: 10 years for the supporting structure, 10 years for tightness (no leaks through the roof, walls and factory connections), and additionally 2 years for equipment and finishing elements (fittings, fittings, electrical installation). The guarantee does not exclude your rights under the warranty.
W standardzie bazowym tak, przy typowym użytkowaniu sezonowym. Dla domów całorocznych i wymagających lokalizacji polecamy pakiet zimowy: ogrzewanie podłogowe, grubsza izolacja ścian (PIR 100 mm zamiast EPS), podwójna warstwa dachu i system grzewczy zabezpieczający instalację wodną przed zamarzaniem.
A house available immediately is a specific, already manufactured example - you can see exactly what you are buying and you can pick it up much faster. An individual order allows you to choose the model, color, layout and equipment that suits you using the configurator, but it requires time for production.
Yes, that's what our configurator is for - you choose the color of the facade, doors, windows, kitchen, bathroom, floor, roof, terrace and winter package yourself, at your own pace, without the pressure of a salesperson. If you need something more custom, just write to us.
Installations are prepared in accordance with the specifications of the destination country, but the final acceptance and compliance with Polish standards must be confirmed by an authorized installer on site - this is a standard procedure for each import, which we inform about directly, without any surprise at the end.
It depends on the purpose, size and location of the plot - conditions vary in different communes. It is your responsibility to check and complete the construction formalities, but we will be happy to advise you what to pay attention to based on our experience with other projects.
The manufacturer declares the durability of the structure to be 40+ years when used properly. A steel frame, galvanized elements and a TPO membrane with a service life of 20-25 years are the foundations of this durability - that is why we can provide a 10-year warranty on the structure and tightness.
You report the defect via the Complaint Form, preferably with photos. We confirm receipt of your application within 3 business days and process it within 14 days. If the complaint is justified, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time agreed with you.
Because we personally fly to China, visit the factory and control the quality before shipment - we are not an intermediary who resells someone else's catalog. We chose the most expensive of six proven manufacturers because quality and durability were more important to us than the lowest price. The same approach is seen in our warranty, documentation and home construction.
