Overall, I am satisfied, the house is solid, the walls are thicker than I expected at this price. The only drawback is that the transport took a little longer (port, customs, etc.) but we were informed about it on an ongoing basis, so there was no surprise.

The house has been on our plot for over a year, it survived a winter with severe frosts and a summer with heat without any problems. I recommend it to anyone who is hesitant, it worked 100% for us.

We did the foundation with a local company recommended by OTRI, everything was timely with the delivery of the house. A small note - it is worth checking the leveling yourself because the differences in the ground were significant in our case.
